How To Submit Your Music for Booking Consideration

To submit your music to Thursday Night Live for booking consideration, we request that you submit the following information & materials:

  1. An artist bio, promo photo, genre information and your hometown
  2. A copy of your album or demo or a link to stream your music online
  3. Links to your website, EPK & social media sites
  4. Your contact info for booking inquiries
  5. (OPTIONAL) Video(s) of a live performance (YouTube links or a DVD)

Please Note!

  • Please note that we have a limited number of slots available for any TNL season and we are only able to accept a limited number of submissions. Not being selected doesn’t mean we didn’t want to book you!
  • TNL works to provide a different genre of music for each of our summer concert events. You may not be selected simply because we received too many submissions for your genre and were unable to accommodate you for the upcoming season.
  • Our committee likes to focus primarily on local and regional acts for this event, but we carefully consider all submissions. Be sure to let us know your hometown and whether you have any ties to London / Laurel County, Kentucky or the surrounding area.
  • We typically book our concerts one of two ways. We will either have one act that performs the entire 3 hours (7 pm to 10 pm) OR we have a 1 hour opening act with a 2 hour headliner.  If you can provide your typical set length & provide pricing options, it makes the selection & booking process much easier.
  • The best time to submit is between February & March. The committee usually makes final selections & finalizes bookings in April & May. However, we will accept your submission for the upcoming season as long as it is received before April 15th.
